Uri Geller

Uri Geller has been a live guest on Walsall Hospital Radio three times. Each time, Uri sent messages of goodwill to our listeners, the most powerful of which have been reproduced here: Positive Thinking. "Positive thinking has a lot to do with well being. As a matter of fact every time I do my lectures I read out articles from certain publications that talk about positive thinking, for instance: Observer not long ago ran a headline saying "Positive thinking can destroy cancer cells" - Research shows. Another one from the Mail: "Positive thinking can heal you faster," so this is not just some kind of myth that if you are optimistic and you positive you feel better - it actually acts upon your body tangibly, it helps your healing system probably also your immune system - so to all of you right now listening to me I know that you're going through probably very stressful times, some of you have very, very tough ailments, some of you not as strong, but overall you've got to - from this broadcast - from now - I would like you to start thinking positively and be optimistic and have a lot of hope and that will make you feel better." Stress. "Stress is also a huge enemy. It can bring many different ailments. Some scientists and doctors say that stress can even cause cancer. Definitely it can cause heart disease. My suggestion for stress is first - think exactly why you are stressed. Most of you are probably worrying about things that will never really happen to you. You are worried about certain things, in your life maybe it's monetary, maybe it's relationships, and so on, but you're always building up some kind of major crisis in your life and you think about it - and you worry about it, you don't sleep at night, and if you really come to think of it - for most crisis will never really happen. It will never come. If it does, cross that bridge then. A lot of good information about how to release your stress through meditation - My website is www.urigeller.com and on it you will find lots of free information - how to deal |
with stress, many of my books are available to read on my website to read free of charge so go to my website and start by reading Uri Geller's little book of mind power - once again, I'm stressing that it's free - and you will freel better." Exercise. " I believe that exercise certainly enhances your thinking power, and you know it's really very normal. You pump up your heart rate, your heart pumps more blood into your veins which carries different minerals and nutrients through the veins to the muscles which you are activating so that your brain gets more blood pumping into it. Therefore you see things clearer, while you are exercising." Medical Advances. "...medically there will be those little submarines that will be agents, nano technology that will go through your blood system and clear cancer cells, destroy tumours and so on, but I'm telling you - all of you now that are in the hospital that technology is not that far away. Even medicine is jumping in huge leaps and this is why I advise you to be very hopeful because maybe tomorrow there will be a pill, a new treatment that could cure your ailment, so be positive, hopeful and always believe in your own self" With thanks to Uri Geller for his time and kind thoughts.
